The Cherokee Washington High School Pops concert on March 1, 2012 featured all of the WHS Choirs,the WHS Jazz Band and the WHS Concert Band.
WHS Chorus -
The Cherokee Washington High School Chorus,under the direction of Amy Sarchet, is pictured here performing the classic Irving Berlin song "There's No Business Like Show Business" at its annual Pops Concert on March 1st in the WHS Auditurum
WHS Girls Chorus -
The Cherokee Washington High School Girls Chorus performed the entertaining song "The Man I Love" at the annual Pops Concert at WHS.
The G Sharps -
The 'G Sharps', members of the WHS Girls Chorus, showed their stuff at the Pops Concert in the WHS Auditorium, singing the classic Cole Porter hit "My Heart Belongs to Daddy."
WHS Boy's Chorus -
The WHS Boy's Chorus also sang a Cole Porter tune during the WHS Pops Concert - "Don't Fence Me In."
WHS Concert Band -
The WHS Concert Band, under the direction of Paul McEntaffer, is pictured performing the George Gershwin classic "The 'Little' Rhapsody In Blue" during the WHS Pops Concert.
