2012 Chronicle Times Home Show

The 2012 Chronicle Times Home Show was held on Saturday March 3rd at Cherokee's Western Iowa Tech Community College Convention Center, as area residents came to see what is new in the world of Home Improvement.
The doors opened at 9 a.m., and visitors came from Cherokee County and surrounding counties.
Hot cup of Joe -
New to the Chronicle Time Home Show this year was the Cherokee County Work Services, who had their coffee "Jumpy Monkey" on display at their booth. Pictured here is Julie Ballard, who was serving up a hot cup of 'Joe'.
Family affair -
Molly Schroeder, left, owner of The Weeping Willow in Cherokee, was manning a booth at the Chronicle Times Home Show with her mother, Trudy Schroeder, center, and her grandmother, Marlene Walker.
Daffodil booth -
Brenda Parker is pictured at the Cherokee Daffodil Day booth. Parker reminds area residents who ordered Daffodils this year can pick them up on March 13 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Cherokee Public Library.
Tastefully Simple -
Marci Brown is pictured scooping up some dip for samples that she was giving out at her "Tastefully Simple" booth.
Hat head -
Over the past few years, Cherokee Veteran Affairs Director Dana Evans has produced several different styles of hats from around the world. This year he had a scarf and hat from Afghanistan.
Good crowd -
A steady crowd streamed through the Cherokee Home Show Saturday morning at WITCC.
Plenty of information available -
Vendors were more than glad to answer visitors' questions about their products at this year's Chronicle Times Home Show at WITCC.
