Saluting Veterans

Area communities held several events to honor veterans on Veteran's Day, November 11.

Proud of their heritage - Marcus-Meriden-Cleghorn students in Ric Collins fifth grade class shared information about their relatives who have served in the military to protect this country. Saluting the Armed Services - The Aurelia High School Chorus saluted the United Staes Armed Forces at Wednesday's program by singing the official song of each of the five service branches.
