Cydogs take their place -
Members of the Alta-Aurelia Cydogs football team, a group of 3rd-5th graders who kind of "got the ball rolling," so to speak, in the renewed sharing between Alta and Aurelia, rode on two floats in Thursday's Alta-Aurelia Homecoming parade.

Unfortunately, not all Homecoming football games bring a victory for the home team to cap off the week of fun festivities. Such was the case in Alta Friday night, when the Alta-Aurelia Warriors fell to the South O'Brien Wolverines, 23-7. In action from the game, Warrior QB Ryan Friedrich, who threw for 120 yards and a touchdown, is shown rolling out to pass against the Wolverine D.
