Richard Waterbury and Karlos Kirby began the Veteran's Day program at Roosevelt Elementary School by raising the American Flag. In attendance was the Cherokee VFW Color Guard, along with the staff and students of the school. Roosevelt was one of many stops that the veterans made on Friday as part of Veteran's Day.
