The wrong people in the right spot could have had a high old time at these pop machines after they discovered a marijuana plant growing there. The only problem is that these machines are located next to the Cherokee County Jail at the Law Enforcement Center, snug against the fenced-in outdoor area of the jail! We wonder if gardening is an outdoor exercise for inmates? (Photo by Paul Struck)...
