Joyce LaVonne Thurman, 77, Fulton, Mo., died at the Fulton Nursing and Rehab on Sunday, Sept. 17, 2006. There will be a closed family service. Services are under the direction of the Maupin Funeral Home in Fulton, Mo. She was born Sept. 28, 1928 in Quimby, the daughter of the late Edwin and Gladys Hartliep.
