Quimby woman pleads guilty to theft charge (01/08/07)
A Quimby woman has been sentenced to five years probation and ordered to pay $24,045.32 in restitution after pleading guilty to the crime of Theft in the First Degree, a Class C felony. Deborah L. Clark, 49, of Quimby, a former employee of Miller Mac - The House of Insurance and Real Estate in Cherokee, pleaded "guilty" to the crime on March 27, 2006, after changing her original plea of "not guilty" after initial arraignment...
