Roswitha "Hedgie" Brandt (left) is sworn in as the County Treasurer Monday by Cherokee County Attorney Ryan Kolpin. Brandt has worked in the Treasurer's Office for about 25 years, and has served as the Deputy Treasurer since 2001.
