Mark Douglas Bogenrief was released on June 26, after a judge suspended his 10-year prison sentence for sexually abusing a 14-year-old girl more than a decade ago. Leroy M. Peck, age 83, of Albert City, died on June 25, 2008, at the Pocahontas Community Hospital in Pocahontas.
