Food Check-Out a great success (03/04/09)
Cherokee County Farm Bureau celebrated Food Check-Out Day Feb. 20 at the local grocery stores in Cherokee. Cherokee Farm Bureau donated to each winner $10.00 to help pay for their groceries that day. February 15-21 was "Food Check-Out Week," according to the Cherokee Farm Bureau.
