Summer yard waste pickup (05/29/09)
The City of Cherokee Street Department will be picking up yard waste on the first Wednesdays of the months of June, July and August. The dates are June 3, July 1, August 5. Yard waste must be in paper sacks or cardboard boxes -- no plastic bags, no appliance boxes, no garbage cans or barrels...

Bright Beginnings to hold fundraiser (05/29/09)
