HS Pops Concert Thursday (02/23/10)
The Washington High School music students will present a Pops Concert Thursday evening. The Washington High School Jazz Band - which recently won the Class 2A District Jazz Contest, and will compete at the State Jazz Championships on April 13 - will lead the program off, and the WHS band and choir will then combine to perform an hilarious take-off on the old "K-tel" record ads, featuring music from the "golden era of rock and roll."...
