A retirement party in honor of Meribeth Adams, right,was held at the Cherokee Roosevelt Elementary School on Thursday. Adams has been teaching in the Cherokee school system for the past 30 years. Hot Dog Day (05/16/11)
Thursday May 12 was Hot Dog Day in Cherokee, and hundreds of people lined up throughout town to get a taste of the popular annual tradition.
