Cherokee Community Children's Theater performance this weekend (02/02/12)
The Cherokee Community Theater will present the Children's Theater production of the musical "Alice in Wonderland Jr." this weekend. ALTA - Alta-Aurelia hosted Laurens-Marathon here Tuesday in Twin Lakes Conference basketball action, and the Warrior girls came away a with nice win over the Chargers. Alta-Aurelia had a solid first half effort and took a 24-6 lead into the break. They lost a little focus in the second half, but were able to re-focus and come on strong in the last four minutes of the game - executing on both ends of the court and forcing the Chargers into several errors, while keeping their own turnovers at a minimum - to roll to a decisive 44-22 victory.. ...
