Replacement license plate changes explained Cherokee County Treasure Hedgie Brandt is informing County residents about replacement license plate regulations that were enacted on April 2. All Iowa's 99 County treasurers, in cooperation with the Iowa Department of Transportation, are implementing a 10-year license plate replacement cycle. The South O'Brien boys and girls golf teams continued their winning ways last week, defeating Le Mars Gehlen and Marcus-Meriden-Cleghorn in War Eagle Confrence action.
