Hot Dog Day is Thursday (05/09/12)
It's that time of year again - the Cherokee Chamber of Commerce's Hot Dog Day is coming. Hot Dog Day will begin at 5 p.m. on Thursday, with the CYSBA kids and coaches scheduled to parade down Main Street at 5:30 p.m. They will leave the parking lot at Fifth Street and Main and parade down Main Street to Hy-Vee Drugstore...

STORM LAKE - Cherokee junior sprinter Marc Husman nabbed a first, a third, and a sixth-place finish to lead the Braves track and field team at last week's Lakes Conference Co-ed Track Meet in Storm Lake.
