Wellness Center celebrates 10 years (10/11/12)
More than 200 people attended Sunday's 10th Anniversary Open House at the CRMC Wellness Center. With the first 100 people receiving a free T-shirt, the crowd formed early outside the doors waiting for the 1 p.m. start. The Center unveiled new state-of-the-art exercise equipment and the crowd listened intently to guest speaker Adam Timmerman, former NFL star now a Cherokee farmer. This past weekend, 32 year-old Leland Weeks of Los Angeles, Calif. spent a couple of days in Cherokee as he made his way across country on his bicycle. He came through Cherokee to spend a little time with his uncle and aunt, Ken and Kim Barrett. Weeks is doing this trip for his mother to help inspire her to make healthier life style changes...
Wetherells donate to Yacht Club Project (10/11/12)
