Prunty strives for 'even playing field' in county (10/24/12)
For the past four years, Democrat Larry Prunty of Cleghorn has served on the Cherokee County Board of Supervisors, and he is currently seeking his second term in the County's Second District. Darren's Clothing boosts Yacht Club (10/24/12)
All smiles to be donating to the Cherokee Yacht Club project are Jake Zwiefel and his little sister, Camille. The Zwiefel's dad, Darren of Darren's Clothing Company in downtown Cherokee, has donated over $1000 worth of Yacht Club t-shirts for the cause. On Thursday, November 8, Cherokee Regional Medical Center will be hosting a pair of events to help area residents get on the right track to leading healthier lifestyles.
