Bush hopes to bring leadership, communication skills to Board (10/25/12)
Dennis Bush says that he has had the thought of running for a spot on the Cherokee County Board of Supervsiors in the back of his mind for some time, and says he has also been encouraged to run by several people for whom he has a great of respect. Bush has decided that the time has now come to throw his hat in the ring, and he will be on the Republican ballot on November 6 to represent the Second District on the County Board of Supervisors for a four-year term...

In a brief weekly meeting, the Cherokee County Board of Supervisors was presented with two Utility Permit applications by County Engineer Dave Shanahan.
