The family of Melvin Mayer recently donated new farming books and DVDs to the Marcus-Meriden-Cleghorn Primary Library in Marcus in Melvin's memory. Melvin passed away this past December and was a life-time farmer in Marcus. He also served on the Marcus School Board for six years.
