Supervisors approve C-63 Project

At their Tuesday meeting, the Cherokee County Supervisors approved a bid of $238,433 from Iowa Erosion Control, Inc. of Victor, Iowa to do the diamond grinding on a 5 1/2 mile section of C-63 from M-21 to the Maple River Bridge. The company planned to start on the project the next day, and County Engineer Dave Shanahan said that section of the road will be one lane traffic during the project...
