Sheriff Huber of Cherokee county was in LeMars yesterday in quest of a young man by the name of E. Walker, better known as "Whitie" to his associates. Walker was accused of stealing a hog from the stock yards at Cherokee and selling it for $24. POCAHONTAS - The Alta-Aurelia and Ridge View cross country teams were among 12 schools which competed in Saturday's Pocahontas Area Cross Country Invitational Meet.
