Courthouse doors to be replaced

At its weekly meeting Tuesday, the Cherokee County Board of Supervisors approved bids for replacement of the outside doors at all four entrances of the courthouse. Valley Glass of Cherokee will install replacement doors at the four entrances at a cost of $17,950, and Automatic Door Group of Des Moines will provide and install door openers for each of the doors at a cost of $13,200.
