The Cherokee County Board of Supervisors Tuesday approved a proposal by Emswhiler Architecture of Missouri Valley for two construction projects at the Law Enforcement Center. Architect Rick Emswhiler met with Sheriff Dave Scott, Deputy Sheriff Jeff Friedrichsen and County 911 Coordinator Dave Skou last week to discuss their ideas and needs for additions to the Communications Center and Jail, and he drew a new plan for the additions, which they approved...
