Summer is a time of increased recreational opportunities for entire families. There are many community celebrations in the area and special activities can be enjoyed within 50 miles of central Cherokee County on any weekend through the summer. Some activities have a cost and many are free, but all are made possible by boards and other volunteers who keep traditions alive and introduce new ideas for activities...
