Since all the kiddies are back to school this week, the library is just not the same without them. It was so nice having the children coming to all our programs. There was an activity each day, and something for everyone. We set up an impromptu Lego afternoon for those children that came by with hopes that we would have a Lego get together...

A tiresome knee jerk criticism of President Obama resulted from the president's attending a baseball game in Cuba immediately after learning of the terrorist attacks in Belgium. Supposedly, he should have immediately flown back to the U.S. to deal with the situation, but Obama proved he could walk and chew gum at the same time, or rather conduct diplomacy and fight terrorism at the same time...
