When sorting though hundreds of e-mails each day, it is important to be able to quickly determine what is junk email and what is not. Sometimes determining what is junk is a matter of opinion. For example, I assume that anything written in Russian is junk. I don’t know that for certain. Important information can be written in Russian, but I have to assume it is junk because I have poor Russian reading skills. You’d be surprised at how poor my Russian reading skills are...
