President Trump recently met with Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc to discuss trade and security issues. The Cherokee JV softball team played the best they have all year against Sheldon last week, winning the contest 10-2. The Braves scattered nine hits and their defense held tight to secure to win. Emily Robinson stroked a single and a double for the young Braves, driving in two runs;. Megan Boger had another home run in the contest - a grand slam in the fifth inning; Grace Anderson and Teagan Slaughter each had a double; and Nicole McLaughlin, Apryl Mesler, Kayden Waldner and Trinity Coombs each collected one single.
