Sally  L.  Corrington, 87, of rural Cherokee, Iowa, passed away Friday afternoon, December 14, 2018 in the Cherokee Regional Medical Center.   Visitation and a time of sharing memories with the family will be held on Saturday, December 22nd, from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. at the Boothby Funeral Home in Cherokee, Iowa.  Burial will be in the Oak Hill cemetery at Cherokee, Iowa at a later date. Ridge View’s lady Raptors got back on the winning track here last week with a decisive win over OABCIG 63-35, while the Raptors boys dropped a tough tussle to Manson-NW Webster 59-54. “We started out a list shaky, but I thought we settled in real well and created turnovers with out press,” said Ridge View Head Girls’ Coach Brian Bode. “The girls did a nice job of finding the open girl.
