Cherokee’s newest business, Rite Choice Cooking and Catering is located at 122 E. Main St. There is no sign on the store front, but one will be going up soon. Cornell McCray is the owner and prefers to be called C.J. Also working with him is his partner Danyelle Moore and her sister who take care of the front counter while C.J. is a one-man chef in the kitchen.
