Pipeline tax revenues benefit County

Dakota Access Pipeline has released information related to its 2018 annual property tax payments in Iowa, with $786,713 paid to Cherokee County last year. In 2018, more than $18 million was paid to 18 counties across the state where the oil pipeline runs. Iowa is expected to receive $25 million for property taxes in 2019.
