A vacant Kmart Store in Cherokee was not vacant for long as Cherokee Bomgaars Store last week completed the move across the street into the Kmart Store. Aware for months of Sears/Kmart retail woes, a real estate firm representing Bomgaars purchased the Cherokee Kmart building in January 2018 with such future occupancy in mind...
