The dedicated members of Friends of the Library are ready for the 20th annual Book Basket Project. Area library supporters have been bringing in their basket projects for the Friends to wrap, but there is still time to bring a book basket in! Dad's Belgian Waffles! at the Trinity Lutheran Church (Local News ~ 10/30/19)
October 24, 2019 was Dad's Belgian Waffles. The event was held at the Trinity Lutheran Church from 5 to 7 p.m. in Cherokee, Iowa. Admission was $7 for ages 6 and up, and anyone who was under 6 got in for free. Dad’s Belgian Waffles is a fund-raiser for hire, serving waffles and sausages.
