AT the Oct. 27 Board of Supervisors meeting, County Engineer Sarah Tracy presented a request for temporary use of County right of way for consideration and discussed ongoing problems with rural residents moving snow across County roadways. The Board ultimately approved the following Resolution: “Be it resolved by the Board of Supervisors that Sarah Tracy, the County Engineer, be and is hereby designated, authorized, and empowered on behalf of the Board of Supervisors to execute the certification of completion of work and final acceptance thereof in accordance with plans and specifications in connection with all Farm-to-Market and Federal or State aid construction projects in this County.”. ...
