Kelli Jo Nairn and Ryan Michael Schutt were married Saturday, May 28, 2005 at St. Paul United Methodist Church in Cherokee, with Rev. Ray Hampton and Rev. Bill Cotton officiating.

Parents of the couple are Ron and Diana Nairn of Pierson, and Deb Schutt and the late Dennis Schutt of Cherokee. Grandparents are Galen and Joan Hartman of Laurel, Neb.

Kelli was escorted down the isle by her father. She was wearing an Eden satin wedding gown, with a sweetheart neckline with shoe string straps and triple cascade waterfall effect straps. The gown has an asymmetrical gathering to one side and embellished chapel length train.

Maid of Honor friend of the couple, Becky Dalton. Bridesmaids, Holly Guthridge, Alexa Harris, nieces of the bride and Sadie Schutt sister of the groom. Bridesmaids were Alfred Angelo lavender two piece dresses with crystal beading at the top.

The best man was Jacob Schutt brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Tim Jones, Dustin Schmillen, friends of the couple and Brock Harris, brother of the bride.

The Groomsmen wore Ralph Lauren Black tuxedoes with silver vests. The Groom wore a black tuxedo with white vest and tie.

The ring bearer was Jacob Harris, nephew to the bride and the flower girl was Caitlyn Hoppe, friend of the bride.

The couple makes their home in Sioux City. Kelli works at the Hy-Vee Store the last four years. She has graduated from Western Iowa Tech Community College with an associates degree. Ryan has graduated from WITCC and just recently graduated from Bellvue College with a bachelor of science in business information systems. Ryan is now employed with Chesterman Company in Sioux City.
