Kristin Cargin and Ansel Chetty were united in marriage at an evening ceremony on August 6, 2005 at Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Plano, Texas. Monsignor Henry Petter officiated the ceremony. A reception was held at Stonebriar Country Club in Frisco, Texas, immediately following the ceremony.

Maid of honor was Jennifer Abbott, friend of the bride, and matron of honor was Jamie Stringer, friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Summer Hogan and Kristine Hoeft, friends of the couple. Tim Gum, friend of the bride, was an honored attendant. Jamie Jarratt and Mike Terito, friends of the couple, served as best men and groomsmen were Chris Nietupski, Brian Ackerson, Doug Busey, and Matt McNutt, friends of the couple. Ushers were Kevin Ackerson, Kevin Jones, and Kevin Kalina, friends of the couple, and personal attendants were Renae Curry, friend of the bride, and Linette Judah, friend of the couple. Readers were Greg Cargin, brother of the bride, and Dean Fowlkes, brother-in-law of the groom, and Samantha Fowlkes, sister of the groom, was vocalist.

Kristin is the daughter of Tim and Diane Cargin of Cherokee and the granddaughter of Viola Nelson of Cherokee. She is currently employed at Deloitte and Touche in Dallas, Texas. Ansel is the son of Pamela Chetty of Rowlett, Texas, and is currently employed at Stonebriar Country Club in Frisco, Texas.

A second reception celebrating their marriage was held at the Cherokee Country Club on September 3, 2005. Mark and Janene Braunschweig served as dining room host and hostess.

Following the wedding, the couple spent a week at The Homestead Golf Resort in Hot Springs, Va. They are at home at 6804 Darton Drive, Plano, Texas.

Kristin and Ansel would like to thank all the family and friends who helped make their wedding day so special.
