Lori Jean Rupp and Brandon Kirk Evans were united in marriage on Oct. 8, 2005 at Immaculate Conception Caltholic Church in Cherokee with Father Armand Bertrand performing the ceremony. Parents of the couple are Phil and Joyce Rupp of Cherokee, John and Lana Anderson of Northwood and Kirk and Ann Evans of Sterling, AK. Grandparents are Roger and Marge Wagner and Bob and Annette Hopes.

The bride wore a straples white diamond gown, carrying a cascading bouquet of lilies, roses, poms and daisies in the fall tones.

Serving as matron of honor was Lisa Buckman, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Barbara Sherwood, Kristi Henke, Kim Anderson, Courtney Braun, and Jaci Braun, friends of the bride. The attendants wore burnt orange strapless gowns, carrying a pomander of mixed fall flowers in the red, orange, yellow, and rust colors. Flower girl was Kennedy Eskildsen, cousin of the groom, also carrying a pomander. Personal attendants were Kristen Weiland and Linda Mummert, cousins of the bride.

Serving as best man was Jay Fanklin, friend of the groom. Junior best mand was Blake Evans, son of the groom. Groomsmen were John Rupp, brother of the bride, Jamie Eskildsen, cousin of the groom, Aaron Currier, friend of groom, Kirt Risty, friend of groom, and Steve Braun, friend of couple. Ring bearer was Mark Buckman, nephew of the bride.

Ushers were Ryan Wahl, brother-in-law of the groom and Kevin Mathis, friend of the groom.

Soloists were Jennifer Hochburger and Amanda Scott, cousins of the bride and guitarist was Brad Buckman, brother-in-law of the bride. Organist was June Pigott. Reader was Laura Lunders, friend of the bride. Eucharistic ministers were aunts of the bride, Marie Bork, Beth Rupp, and Janice McMurrin. Guest book attendants were Jenny Wahl, sister of groom and Ronda Corzilius, cousin of the bride. Gift attendants were Sydney Harris, niece of the groom and Rose Corzilius, cousin fo bride. Flower attendant was Rachel Corzilius, cousin of the bride.

Following the ceremony, a reception and dance were held at the VFW in Cherokee. Host and hostesses were Charlie and Valeria Rupp, Ray and Robin Corzilius, and Keith and Sue Braun, uncle and aunts of the bride and groom.

The couple is currently in transition of relocating to the Fort Dodge area. Lori has accepted a position at Fort Dodge Animal Health and Brandon is employed at McClure Engineering in Fort Dodge.
