The bride wore a gown of ivory net and lace overlay. It featured a portrait neckline and empire bodice of rouched netting over lace. The modified A-line skirt of delicate all-over lace was finished with a scalloped hem that continued around to the semi-cathedral train. The bridal bouquet consisted of Amazon, Bugattie and Super green flowers. For an additional splash of color some Sessin spider gerberas, Bells of Ireland, Yoko Ono Mums, Millet and Freesia in a deeper pink and lavender tones were added.
The maid of honor was Jenna Meyer of Pender. Bridesmaids were Kati Wobig, friend of the bride, Megan Schultz, sister of the groom, and Sheila Meyer, sister-in-law of the bride.
The bridesmaids wore floor-length Chiffon gowns in cadet blue. They feature portrait necklines, shirred fitted bodice and A-line skirts.
Best man was Dirk Schultz, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Jeremy Horst, friend of the groom, Kyle Dana, friend of the groom, Andrew Meyer, brother of the bride.
Ushers were Ryan Miller, friend of the groom, Quentin Cooksley, friend of the groom and Aaron Prinz, cousin of the bride.
Videographing the event was Nathan Prinz. Connie Kruger was the pianist and Sheila Meyer the soloist.
Wedding Supervisors were Glen and Linda Prinz.
Reception and dance was held at the Legion Hall in Pender with host Bill and Janelle McTaggart, Godparents of bride, Larry and Cathy Echtenkamp, Wayne, Godparents of bride, and Dave and Connie Schweers, Godparents of groom.
Sara graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center- Omaha in May, 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She will be working as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist.
Eric graduated from the University of Nebraska- Lincoln in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture and Mechanized Systems. He will be working with Syngenta Seeds Incorporated as a Research Assistant. Eric and Sara will be residing on the island of Kauai in Hawaii.
