They are seniors Jill Paulsen, Chelsea Tesch, and Lindsay Woolston; junior Carrie Egdorf; and sophomore Chelsie Rohrs.
Wolverine co-coaches Julie Paulsen and Dana Vige will work hard to weave a promising crop of underclassmen into the team that features overall speed and solid perimeter shooting as among major team strengths.
Jill Paulsen returns as a first team All-War Eagle Conference selection last year, and also earned second-team All-Northwest Iowa last season.
"We are a fairly young team, so we are working on finding the right mix of girls to have a successful season," said coach Paulsen.
The Wolverines charted a 10-12 record last season, including a competitive 5-4 mark in the rugged War Eagle Conference.
If the five returning letter winners stay healthy and some of the younger players step up, Paulsen and Vige will find a way for the Wolverines to make a noise in the WEC again this season.
