Aaron Mark Eiden
Aaron Mark Eiden, 2 year old son of Matt and Beth Eiden of Cherokee, died on Friday, Jan. 5 at Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Neb. due to injuries sustained in a traffic accident on Sunday, Dec. 31.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, Jan. 9, at 10 a.m. at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Cherokee. Pastor Richard Arndt officiated. Burial was in the Lake Fremont Cemetery at Dunnell, Minn. at 3 p.m. on Tuesday. There was a family prayer service at 9:45 a.m. at the Church on Tuesday.

Visitation was from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. on Jan. 8 at the Boothby Funeral Home in Cherokee, with the family present from 6:30 p.m. until 8 p.m.

He was born July 14, 2004 in Cherokee, to Matthew and Beth Rickords Eiden. He was baptized on August 22, 2004 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Cherokee.

He is survived by his parents Matt and Beth Eiden of Cherokee; his three brothers Noah, Caleb and Elijah Eiden at home; his maternal and paternal grandparents: Dennis & Jean Rickords of Copan, Oklahoma, Peter & Karen Eiden of Omaha, Neb.; Great-Grandparents: Lindel & Mildred Rickords of Arkansas City, Kansas (maternal); Martin & Lois Ziemer of Dunnell, Minn. (paternal); William Casey of Eugene, Oregon (maternal); many aunts and uncles and cousins.
