ODEBOLT - The young Galva-Holstein Lady Pirates' basketball team came out cold at Odebolt-Arthur Tuesday night in Maple Valley Conference action, and O-A got off to a fast start.

Despite the score, G-H coach Ken Slater said "There were many encouraging signs in this game. Our total team effort was about as good as it has been."
Slater concluded by saying "the girls continue to be resilient, and work hard to get better; they have not let the results of the games get them down, and are 'staying the course.'"
Heather Joslin paced the team in scoring in this game, with 12 points, on 6-8 shooting from the field. Joslin also nabbed 8 rebounds to lead in that category as well.
