The Family Table, the popular eatery on Highway 59 North, is undergoing a complete remodeling these days, and as a result , they have been closed for business this week. The tentative date to re-open is April 4th, depending, of course, on the remodeling being completed.

Assistant Manager Kim Seel said the restaurant will be going back to the practice of waiting on customers at the counter, rather than customers ordering from their table. Some of the other changes include painting all of the rooms, the addition of booths in the second ("party") room, widening the doors of the restrooms, and paneling the walls.
