The ceremony begins at 1:30 p.m., and will be held at Hy-Vee Hall in Des Moines.
The recognition program is a combined effort of the Governor' s Office, the Iowa High School Athletic Association (IHSAA) , and its title sponsor, the Iowa Farm Bureau Federation.
