The Marcus-Meriden-Cleghorn School Board approved a policy change that will provide a full credit each semester for music classes.
The action taken at the Monday board meeting will put music classes on the same level as other classes as far as credit each semester and the impact on a student's GPA.
The board approved the lowest of three bids for a 65-passenger bus. Hoglund Bus and Truck Co. of Monticello, Minn. bid $64,290.
