OMAHA, NE. - Five bucking horses were selected from Barnes PRCA Rodeo & MJM Rodeos for the Wrangler Pro Tour - Omaha Round of the Ariat Playoffs held recently at the AkSarBen (River City Roundup) in Omaha.

#1Z0 Cherokee Wild saddle bronc from the Barnes Ranch in Cherokee County was the only horse to buck a contestant off in the first round. Australian Anthony Bello was bucked off by Cherokee Wild.

#2J8 Double Identity was out the same round with Justin Arnold for a 79 score.

The bareback riding the first round saw Ryan Fray on #340 Bow Tie with the fourth highest score of 83.

In the semi-finals, Cody Wright rode #D8 Cat Power for an 84 score winning second and $2,813. Justin Arnold qualified on #334 Little Stone splitting 3/4 winnings and $1,406.

The total payoff was $400,000. The River City Roundup is scheduled to be televised on Fox Sports Network beginning Friday, October 19 through Thursday, November 8. Check local listings for broadcast information.
