Emily Taylor and Ryan Dunkel were united in marriage on July 28, 2007 at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Dubuque. Parents of the couple are Greg and Bobbi Taylor of Marcus and Randy and the late Shari Dunkel of Worthington, Iowa.

Maid of Honor was Samantha Taylor and bridesmaids were Brooklyn Stevenson, Katie Irwin, Paige Petersen and Missi Clark. Junior bridesmaid was Bree Dunkel. Best Man was Greg Milbert and groomsmen were Jacob Taylor, Andrew Simpson, Justin Bryant and Jason Willis. Ushers were Aaron Becker and Mitch Williams. Personal attendants were Charlie Nelson and Abbie Hillard.

After a honeymoon in Riviera Maya, Mexico the couple are living happily ever after in Dubuque. Emily is teaching first grade at Seton Catholic in Epworth and Ryan is an exercise specialist at Midwest Medical Center in Galena, Ill.
