Tiffany Smith and Jason Rupp were united in marriage on May 26, 2007 at the home of the bride’s parents. Ryan Kolpin officiated at the 5:30 p.m. outdoor ceremony. Tiffany is the daughter of Lowell and Paula Smith of Aurelia. Jason is the son of Jeff and Kim Rupp of Cherokee.

The grandparents of the bride are Dorothy Hansen and the Late Lowell Hansen and the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph R Smith of Cherokee. The grandparents of the groom are Bob and Nadine Faust of Paullina and the late Mr. and Mrs. Sylvester Rupp of Cherokee.

Serving the bride as maid of honor was Cassy Smith, sister of the bride form Harrisburg, S.D. Bridesmaids included Nedra Hampton, cousin of the bride from Lincoln, Neb. and Allison Foss, friend of the couple from Overland Park, Kan.

Best man was Phil Kading, friend of the couple from Stuart. Groomsmen included Chris Nohr, friend of the couple from Huron, S.D. and Jim Reitsma, friend of the couple from Cherokee.

Guests were ushered by Zach Smith, brother of the bride, Matt Smith, cousin of the bride and Tony Steward, friend of the couple all from Cherokee.

Guestbook attendants were Wes and Keri Fiddelke, uncle and ant of the groom from Clear Lake.

Vocalist was Liz Groher, friend of the couple from Cherokee and the wedding music was provided by Wayne Morris of Cherokee.

The reception, dinner and dance were held at the home of Lowell and Paula Smith with Derril and Marsha Olson, uncle and aunt of the bride from Lincoln, Neb. and Kent and Kris Faust, uncle and aunt of the groom from Paullina serving as the host and hostesses.

Those who assisted with the preparation to make the newlywed’s day so special were as follows: Quattlebaum Photography as the photographer, Galaxie Productions as the DJ, Sally Wilkie with the wedding cake, Holly Ohlson as the caterer and Jay Fordyce and Cody Cedar as the parking attendants.

The couple resides in Lenexa, Kan.
