ORANGE CITY - Rated Orange City Unity Christian brushed aside War Eagle Conference foe South Oâ€™Brien 3-0 in first-round Class 2A District action here on Oct.16, winning by game scores of 25-12, 25-12, 25-12.
Rachel Tilley and Katie Tesch notched two kills each to lead the Wolverine spikers, while Tilley also added two stuff blocks to her net play. Tesch and Briana Shriver each totaled one stuff block.
Aphton Roberts led her team in ace serves with one, and also led in digs with 13. Carrie Egdorf recorded 10 digs, followed by Reagan Ebel six, and Shriver five. Shriver led in set assists with two, while Kari Wester had one, and Ebel one.

SOS ends its season with a 6-18 record, and a 3-6 WEC mark.
The Unity Christian Knights host Cherokee on Oct. 23 in a District semifinal.
