On Nov. 15, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., you can join the Cherokee Arts Council for a musical stroll though the heart of Cherokee's cultural and entertainment district.
The Cherokee Arts Council is the sponsor of "A Cultural Music Event." Tickets for this evening event will be $15 and all proceeds from the event go towards projects sponsored by the Cherokee Arts Council.
The evening will begin at The Copper Cup, located at 425 West Main St. Coffee and chili will be served from 6 to 7 p.m., along with music, provided by Charlie Leissler.
Next stop for the evening will be The Gathering Place, located at 207 West Main St. Wine and cheese will be served, and the Buena Vista University Jazz Ensemble will perform from 7 to 8 p.m.
The final leg of the stroll will be to the Sanford Museum, located at 117 East Willow St. Once at the museum, you will be treated to dessert and a viewing of the Ben Laposky Exhibit. The museum is free to the public.
Tickets for "A Cultural Music Event" are being sold at The Spice Rack, The Copper Cup and are available from any Cherokee Art Council members.
